You should get the same total time off as a full time person, pro rata. So you won't get a day in lieu of all bank holidays you "miss" necessarily. If a full time person gets 28 days in total, including bank holidays, as someone working 3 days a week you should get a total of 17. 4 weeks off in your contract is 12 days, meaning you are entitled to a further 5 bank holidays, or days in lieu.

Jan 17, 2013 · Just explain to your manager that a full timer works 5 days so gets 28 days inc bank hols and that because you work 4 days you are entitled to 4/5ths of the full timers holiday which as you rightly worked out equals 22.4 days which can be rounded up but not down.
