    Information / Resumption of visa issuance. France’s diplomatic and consular posts are once again issuing visas, so it is now possible to apply online via the France-Visas portal. All diplomatic and consular posts will process study visas as best they can in light of the health conditions.

Accordingly, the period of validity of a V-2 or V-3 visa must be limited to expire on or before the applicant's twenty-first birthday. Posts may not issue a T-1 visa.
