Sep 07, 2017 · Paid holidays for CCA's is a sham. They only have a 2 hr or 4 hr guarantee based on the size of the office. Six paid holidays sounds good but, many CCA's (those in smaller offices) are actually only getting 12 paid hrs a year (6 holidays X 2 hr guarantee). Even the larger offices only get 24 hrs total for the year.
