I'm not sure if you have to be under 31 only at the time of application or if you need to be under 31 for the duration if the visa, but once you are over you can not come on a working holiday visa. Being an IT professional you may be able to get sponsored work, or even a transfer if you work for one of the larger companies that have offices here.
