Work out actual worked eg 39 weeks then add 5.6 weeks so they get paid for 44.6 weeks (=39+5.6). 2. Work out actual worked eg 39 weeks, divide over 52 weeks to get fraction (0.75) and multiply that by 5.6 weeks (0.75*5.6=4.2) so they get paid for 43.2 weeks (=39+4.2)?
