    EG you currently get 6 weeks of holidays (if you took them in weekly chunks). If you work compressed hours you will STILL get those same 6 weeks holiday (instead of them 'costing' 5 days for each week, they will only cost 4 days per week - ie 6 weeks * 4 days = 24 days vacation used whereas before it would be 30 days used).
