Not everyone likes the big city life. Sacramento is convenient and friends are here. I enjoy the area like a decade or so more ago honestly. It has become too populated. I hate the idea of people wanting to turn Sac into a "world class city" to me they always bring world class problems, high rent, high cost of living, higher crime, etc.
