    Oct 09, 2008 · NSPS is not good..Under GS you are guaranteed the cost of living, say 3%, under NSPS, they are short squeezing you..for example say you get a 5% or $4000 for total shares, depending on where you were before you converted (step), you could only receive 30% pay raise with the remaining 70% as a bonus..A lot of people could end up getting lower than the 3% average cost of living.
