    May 12, 2015 · Oh, I forgot about HOA fees. A lot of Nashville burbs were built as 'developments' and it takes a little work to find a house that's NOT in an HOA of some sort. I pay $70 a month for that. I found the collective cost of living here in TN, much more reasonable than CT. It really depends on where you are moving from.
