Jul 12, 2009 · My last job was a salary job that required me working till 10:30 or 11 many nights and I didn't get to see my family a lot. When someone complains about how much they are working as a CCA, I just shake my head. You're getting paid for every minute you work (literally), and the more you work, the more you get paid. It's a solid gig.
