You get pro rata bank holidays. So if there are say 10 bank holidays and you work 3 of 5 days pw you would be entitled to 6 days (10/5×3). Apart from Xmas and good Friday all bank holidays are on a Monday. If you dont work Monday's you won't use any of your leave to cover these but you will still be entitled to the 3/5 time off.
